First Blog Entry (P1, M1, D1)

1: How much of a gamer are you?

I play a lot of games which are many genres, I spend about 6-12 hours a day playing on the PC with other people using Skype and Steam.

2:Why do you play games?

I  find them very enjoyable compared to other recreational activities  such as football, as I feel that I have enjoyed and accomplished something.

3:What gaming platform have you owned in your life time?

PC, Xbox 360, Play Station 2, Sega Saturn, Sega mega drive, Sega handheld and Gameboy

4:What is your earliest game memory?

Playing Sonic 2 on the Saturn with my brother at the age of 3.

5:What is your favorite platform?

PC as the graphics quality can be customized to work with your PC, game can be modified to become more enjoyable. 

I don't like the Xbox One as it included a in build't camera and always has to be online which makes me paranoid.

6: What is your favorite game genre and Game?

I mainly enjoy RPG's and my favorite game is probably Fallout New Vegas as you get to make a lot of decisions that impact the story of the game, it is also incredibly easy to modify on the PC.

7: What is the rationale of the game you are currently making?

I am making a turn based strategy game a lot like Final Fantasy or Persona 4 as I enjoy games on that genre as you have to think about what your going to do.
